Job Description

We're looking for a Factory Manager who can keep our food production facility running like a well oiled machine. From overseeing the production process to keeping the team motivated, this role is all about making sure everything flows smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards, but also puts people at the forefront of everything you do.

What you'll be doing:

Run the show across all factory operations.
Plan production schedules so we hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Balance raw materials, labour, and resources to keep costs under control.
Carry out performance reviews and support people's growth.
Make sure we've got the right staffing levels to meet demand.
Champion lean manufacturing and smarter workflows.
Support new tech and production line rollouts.
Manage budgets and track KPIs.

What we're looking for:

5+ years in food manufacturing or FMCG production management.
HACCP, IOSH, Health & Safety, Food hygiene and safety
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with production planning and ERP systems is a bonus.
