Factory Operative - Witham, Essex
£12.21 per hour | Full-Time | Ongoing Temporary (with long-term potential)
Hours: Monday to Friday - Day Shift (with an early finish every Friday)
We're currently looking for Factory Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Witham, Essex. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent, full-time work.
What You'll Be Doing:
Packing finished products with care and accuracy
Labelling items and preparing them for dispatch
Following quality control processes to meet company standards
Keeping your work area clean and organised
Supporting the team to meet daily production targets
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in factory, manufacturing, or packing roles is beneficial but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the shift
What's on Offer:
£12.21 per hour
Full-Time
Weekly pay (while working through Prime Appointments)
