T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join our Client on a temporary to permanent basis in Shepshed.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small friendly team within a Company that offers excellent benefits including an early finish on a Friday!
Factory Operative Job Details;
* £12.50 per hour to start rising to £13.50 per hour when permanent
* 39 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 7am-4.30pm & Friday 7am-11.15am
* 20 days holiday + bank holidays increasing to 33 days after 12 weeks
* 4% employer pension

Factory Operative Role & Responsibilities include;
* Working on auto saws and clipper saw cutting bricks – full training will be given
* Using various hand tools
* Ensuring the correct materials are being used
* Loading products onto drying trucks
* Recording the amount/type of bricks made each day
* Working to targets
* All other associated tasks as required by the Factory Manager
Person Specification;
* The role involves general labouring so you must be physically fit
* Able to stand for the duration of your shift and happy to complete repetitive duties
* Co-ordination of hand and eye movements is necessary to produce a good quality product
* A good team player
* Strong attention to detail with good Quality Control skills
