Factory Operative - Witham, Essex
 £12.71 per hour | Full-Time | Ongoing Temporary 
 Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Early finish every Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
Carrying out basic assembly tasks following instructions
Operating simple machinery (full training provided)
Labelling items and preparing orders for dispatch
Performing quality checks to maintain high standards
Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organised
Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
 What We're Looking For:

Previous factory, production, or packing experience is helpful but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Comfortable with manual handling
