Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Leading Manufacturer | Full-Time
Prime Appointments is recruiting for Factory Operatives on behalf of a world-leading hardware manufacturer based in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Light metal assembly work
Operating and minding basic machinery
Working efficiently on a production line
Meeting daily production targets
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting other factory tasks as requiredThe Ideal Candidate:
Be reliable, hardworking, and a good team player
Have previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
Be seeking a long-term opportunity with potential for permanent employmentWorking Hours & Pay:
Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 16:30
Early finish on Fridays
Full-time hours
Competitive hourly pay (rate discussed on application)
