You’ll receive comprehensive training and instructions, allowing you to become multi-skilled in all job requirements. For those with ambition, there are opportunities to advance into supervisory and managerial positions. We also offer advanced training in NEBOSH General Certificate, Quality Assurance, and ILM Levels 3 to 5 for those ready to take their careers to the next level.

Responisbilities:
* Work in a concrete factory environment; this is a hands-on, physical role where you will get dirty.
* Collaborate with your team to meet tight production deadlines.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
* Handle manual tasks, including lifting heavy loads.
* Operate efficiently on a production line.
* Follow written and verbal instructions carefully.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
