Factory Operative - £12.21 per hour | Monday to Friday | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
We're currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing and production business located near Maldon, Essex.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with a company that values hard work, team spirit, and growth.
Position Details:
Temp-to-perm: Permanent contract offered after a successful 3-month probation via agency
Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hourly rate: £12.21
Key Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading machinery
Performing basic assembly using hand tools
Moving materials through production stages
Supporting operations within the spray bay area
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a hands-on, factory, or production role
Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
