Factory Operative - Colchester, Essex
£12.50 per hour | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm | Temp-to-Perm
We're currently seeking a Factory Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing team in Colchester, Essex. This is a fantastic temporary ongoing opportunity with a company that provides bespoke solutions to the construction industry.
What's on Offer:
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Weekly Pay
Temporary Ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
Support skilled machine operators with day-to-day production tasks
Work to production schedules and meet deadlines
Feed products through various stages of the manufacturing process
Operate hand and power tools
Carry out general factory and assembly duties
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
Comfortable with manual handling and capable of heavy lifting
Confident using hand and power tools
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
