Factory Operative
Based in Beeston, Leeds

You’ll be part of a supportive and close-knit operations team, working across a variety of tasks that keep production running smoothly.
Your contribution will be directly recognised through a quarterly profit share bonus, meaning when the business does well, you benefit too.

What you’ll be doing:
* Sanding, rubbing down and masking paintwork on electrical products
* Preparing stencils/jigs and painting product markings
* Using a range of hand tools
* Supporting quality checks and adhering to company processes
* Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
* Completing tasks on time to meet production targets
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting wider production tasks when needed
What they’re looking for:
* Reliability and good attention to detail
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Experience in a manufacturing environment (desirable but not essential)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Flexible approach to working across different areas of production
* Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role
