Factory Operative - Witham, Essex
£12.21 per hour | Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 6:00pm | Temporary to Permanent
Prime Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a market-leading manufacturer based in Witham, Essex.
We're looking for a Factory Operative with previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment to join a busy, well-established team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with full training provided on specialist machinery.
Duties of the Factory Operative will include:
Loading and unloading machinery
Operating saws and basic machine equipment
Measuring, assembly, and use of hand tools
Recording quality data and completing basic paperwork
General production and factory support tasks
The ideal applicant:
Comfortable with manual handling tasks
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing and production role
Benefits:
£12.21 per hour
Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 6:00pm
Temporary to permanent opportunity
On-site parking
Overtime available
Full training and ongoing progression
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
