📆 5 days out of 7 (Sunday to Saturday)

We're looking for hands-on, detail-driven Factory Operatives to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art, GMP-compliant facility in Sandwich, Kent. This is your chance to work in a thriving, modern environment where every day makes a difference.
🔧 What You'll Do
As a GMP Factory Operative, you'll be a key player on the frontline of manufacturing, helping produce life-changing pharmaceutical products. Your role will include:
✅ Setting up, operating & cleaning production equipment
✅ Weighing, mixing, filling & packaging according to batch instructions
✅ Completing GMP documentation with a 'Right First Time' mindset
✅ Following SOPs & ensuring regulatory compliance
✅ Reporting deviations & supporting audit readiness
✅ Working cross-functionally with QA, Engineering & other teams
✅ Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation & inventory management
✅ Troubleshooting minor issues & supporting continuous improvement
✅ What We're Looking For
🔍 Experience in a GMP or pharma environment (preferred, not essential)
🧠 High attention to detail & commitment to quality
💪 Physically fit - manual handling & lifting involved
🤝 A team player with a positive, proactive mindset
📅 Flexibility to work a 5-day shift rota including weekends
✅ Must have the right to work in the UK
