Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Operator to join our dynamic team in a busy plastic moulding facility. This position requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking moulded plastic parts directly from the machine
* Visually inspecting parts for quality defects
* Trimming and finishing parts as required
* Packing products in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Labelling boxes accurately
* Stacking completed boxes neatly and safely on pallets
* Taking extra care to ensure all products meet customer expectations and quality standards
The Person We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has good attention to detail
* Can follow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately
* Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
* Works well as part of a team
* Ideally has experience in a manufacturing or factory environment (though full training will be provided)
