Factory Supervisor - Central Birmingham
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Factory Supervisor to join a busy & established manufacturer based in Central Birmingham. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to secure an ongoing position after a successful interview.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Leading and coordinating factory workers
Ensuring production targets and deadlines are met
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely & efficiently
Acting as a link between workers and upper management📋 Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (essential)
Previous experience in a supervisor/team leader position
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Reliable, punctual & able to work independentlyWorking Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 13:30pm🎉 Benefits:
Competitive pay - £14.17 per hour
Early Friday finish every week
