About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Worker to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Plaxtol, Kent. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering stability, training, and progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day running of the production line and general factory duties

Operate basic machinery and handle materials safely
*
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company standards

Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team

Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements:

Must have own transport due to the remote location

Steel-capped safety boots are essential

Previous engineering or production experience preferred but not essential — full training provided

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work full-time hours and start immediately
