Job Opportunity: Night Production Operative – Bridlington (YO15)
£12.21 per hour + £12 Shift Premium per Night | Weekly Pay | Temporary to Permanent | Own Transport Required
We are currently recruiting Night Production Operatives for a reputable factory based in Bridlington (YO15). This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team with long-term prospects and full training provided.
About the Role:
As a Production Operative, you’ll be working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties will involve assisting with the preparation, packaging, or assembly of products to meet production targets, while ensuring a clean and safe working environment is maintained at all times.
Key Details:
⦁ Location: Bridlington, YO15
⦁ Pay: £12.21 per hour + £12 shift premium per completed shift
(equivalent to £13.86 per hour if a full shift is completed)
⦁ Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
⦁ Weekly Hours: 36.25 hours
⦁ Breaks: 2 per shift (equivalent to 45 minutes total)
⦁ Pay Frequency: Weekly
⦁ Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (for the right candidates)
⦁ Start Date: Immediate
What We’re Looking For:
⦁ Previous factory or production experience is beneficial
⦁ Own transport essential due to shift times and location
⦁ Ability to work night shifts consistently
⦁ Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
⦁ Willingness to learn – full training is provided
