As a Family Court Adviser, you will:
Provide advanced social work services to children, families and the courts.
Assess and analyse court applications involving child protection and serious welfare concerns.
Identify and respond to issues affecting children and young people, ensuring their needs and best interests remain central.
Promote a child-focused approach with parents and those who hold parental responsibility.
Provide professional advice to courts and Local Authorities regarding safeguarding concerns and ways to improve outcomes for children.
Support effective judicial case management through high-quality social work analysis and advice.
Undertake high-quality direct work with children and families to understand their experiences, needs and wishes.
Complete thorough assessments and analysis to inform decision-making and recommendations.
A minimum of 3 years PQE as a Qualified Social Worker Required for application
