Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the development and delivery of children’s centre activities in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.

Working directly with children under 5 and their families, identifying needs and providing support or referrals.

Promoting safeguarding, child development, and parental involvement in learning.

Working in partnership with health services, schools, and voluntary groups to improve family outcomes.
Essential requirements:

NNEB, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years, or equivalent qualification.

Experience in children’s centres or early years settings.
*
Knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and early intervention.
*
Experience delivering workshops, outreach, and family engagement.
*
Strong communication, organisational, and ICT skills
