Family Law Solicitor - Children Panel Accredited
Location: Margate
Salary: Competitive Salary DOE

Full-time or Part-time
Are you a passionate Child Care Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with strong advocacy skills and Children Panel Accreditation?
If so, this is your opportunity to join a highly respected Family Law team in East Kent.

Our client is one of East Kent’s most established legal practices. Their Family Department is ranked in The Legal 500 and led by a Chambers & Partners recognised solicitor. You’ll be joining a committed and welcoming team that handles complex and sensitive children's law matters with care and precision.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Representing clients in public law children proceedings
* Managing your caseload with minimal supervision
* Attending court across Kent and occasionally the High Court in London
* Conducting meetings with social services and guardians
* Providing expert advice in all aspects of children's law
* Working independently and remotely when required
What we’re looking for:
* A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* Accredited on the Law Society’s Children Panel – essential
* Strong advocacy experience and confident working autonomously
* A proactive, organised and empathetic approach with excellent client care skills
