Job Description
We are seeking a Family Service Worker to join our team.
* Location: Civic Campus, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JG
* Contract: 3 months +
* Start Date: 1 September 2025
* Hours: 37 per week
* Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour umbrella
What you’ll do:
* Write holistic family assessments and create personalised plans with families.
* Co-ordinate targeted support with partner agencies.
* Lead and participate in Team Around the Child meetings to review progress.
* Work within our developing Community, Family, and Youth Hubs as part of Swindon Communities Together.
