Family Law Solicitor – Market Harborough – GD 1038
£50,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience, 100% Office based, Full or Part time.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Market Harborough, seeking an experience Family Law Solicitor to join their team on either a part-time of full time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to work in a supportive environment where client care is at the heart of everything they do.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of Family Law. You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on a range of matters including divorce, child custody, financial settlements and cohabitation agreements. This role requires a compassionate yet assertive approach, as you will often be dealing with sensitive and emotionally charged situations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  * Handling a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, child arrangements and cohabitation agreements.
  * Providing expert advice and representation in both contentious and non-contentious family law cases.
  * Drafting and negotiating legal documents such as consent orders, separation agreements and prenuptial agreements.
  * Representing clients in court hearings and mediation sessions.
  * Keeping up-to-date with developments in family law to provide accurate and informed advice.
  * Collaborating with other departments within the firm to offer a comprehensive service to clients.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  * A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Family Law.
  * Demonstrable experience in managing a broad range of family law cases.
  * Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills with a keen eye for detail.
  * A proactive, solution-focused approach with a genuine passion for family law.
BENEFITS:
£50,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience, 100% Office based, Full or Part time, your own office, Christmas & New Year off.
