Job Description
A leading professional services firm is seeking a talented Family Solicitor to join their well-regarded team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor at Senior Associate or Manager level to further their career in a thriving and supportive legal environment. With a strong reputation for client care and high-quality work, the firm is ideally suited for an experienced Family Solicitor seeking progression and involvement in complex, high-value matters.
The role is suited to a driven Family Solicitor with at least six years' post-qualification experience, particularly in private family law. The successful candidate will take on a caseload of divorce and financial matters, cohabitation disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and private children matters, often involving high-net-worth clients. This is a permanent position, offering a stable and rewarding long-term career.
The Family Solicitor's role
As a Family Solicitor in this role, you will play a key part in managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities, while also supporting junior colleagues and contributing to team strategy. You will lead on complex cases, ensuring excellent service and compliance with best practice. This position offers the chance to work alongside recognised leaders in family law, with a clear route for continued advancement.
The Family Solicitor
To be considered for this Family Solicitor position, you must be:
A qualified solicitor in England & Wales, ideally with 6+ years PQE
Experienced in all areas of private family law
A confident communicator with strong client-handling skills
Able to manage complex caseloads with minimal supervision
Ideally a Resolution member or collaboratively trained (desirable but not essential)
Previous experience with high-net-worth individuals and financial remedy work is highly advantageous.
