With a growing national footprint and a dynamic, forward-thinking leadership team, they are now looking to expand their presence by supporting experienced solicitors in launching and leading their own regional offices.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a confident and capable Grade A Family Solicitor (8+ years PQE) who is ready to take the reins, build a team, and grow a local practice - all with the backing of a trusted brand and robust support infrastructure. You’ll enjoy the freedom of running your own office without the burden of going it alone, benefiting from full administrative, compliance, operational, and marketing assistance to help you focus on what you do best: delivering excellent client care and driving the growth of your practice.
Key Responsibilities for the Family Solicitor role:
* Manage your own caseload of private family law matters, including complex children and financial remedy cases
* Deliver excellent client care and advocacy with minimal supervision
* Play a key role in business development and the growth of your local presence
* Take on a leadership position with the opportunity to build and manage your own team
* Benefit from full administrative, compliance, and marketing support to help you succeed
Candidate Requirements for the Family Solicitor role:
* Minimum 8 years PQE in private family law
* Proven experience handling both children and financial remedy cases independently
* Strong billing record and a commercially aware mindset
* Passionate about business development and building a local presence
* Excellent client relationship skills and professional credibility
* Leadership potential or experience in mentoring others
