Solicitor / Fee Earner - RTA, EL/PL & Clinical Negligence
Location: Macclesfield (Hybrid/Remote Working Available)
Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) + Bonus Scheme
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced legal professionals to join a highly regarded and expanding law firm based in Macclesfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for Solicitors or Fee Earners to join growing teams across RTA, Employer's and Public Liability, and Clinical Negligence departments.
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, with opportunities for career progression and flexibility.
Opportunities Available In:
Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
Employer's Liability / Public Liability (EL/PL)
Clinical Negligence
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload from instruction through to settlement or trial
Handle both litigated and pre-litigated matters, depending on experience
Provide high standards of client care and legal service
Efficiently use a case management system (Proclaim experience desirable)
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years' experience in one or more of the above areas
Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage files independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficient IT skills and confidence using legal software
