As a 1-1 Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality care, encouragement, and companionship. You’ll support daily routines, promote independence, and engage her in the activities she enjoys — helping her to live life to the fullest.
Due to the personal care requirements, this position is open to female carers only.
About the Role
Provide hands-on support and personal care while promoting independence.
Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to an individual with complex needs.
Support with daily routines, activities, and general wellbeing.
Shift Pattern: Daytime support, as well as night shifts.
Comfortable sleep-in arrangements are provided. You’ll be available for support if needed during the night.

What We’re Looking For
Female aged 18 or over with the right to work in the UK
Minimum 6 months of recent UK-based care experience
Flexible, reliable, and able to travel to different care settings if required
A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
Good communication skills and a professional approach
A clear enhanced DBS (can be applied for upon registration)
