Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and leadership.
* Lead and develop competitive sports teams, providing coaching and support to help students achieve their potential.
* Organize and lead extra-curricular activities, including sports clubs, fitness programs, and outdoor adventures.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to increase female participation in sports.
* Promote a culture of sportsmanship, respect, and fair play.
* Act as a mentor and role model for female students, encouraging their personal and athletic development.

We Need:
