The Education Network is currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Female PE Teacher to join a thriving Secondary School in Leeds. This role has been designated for a female teacher due to a genuine occupational requirement to deliver girls’ PE.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic teacher who can inspire and motivate students to enjoy sport, develop their fitness, and achieve their potential in Physical Education.
Role Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with opportunities at KS5).
Leading girls’ PE lessons, including team sports, individual activities, and fitness sessions.
Promoting health, wellbeing, and active lifestyles across the school community.
Contributing to extra-curricular clubs, fixtures, and whole-school sporting events.
Assessing and tracking pupil progress, providing feedback to support achievement.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Physical Education at secondary school level.
A genuine passion for sport, fitness, and inspiring young people.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).The School Offers:
