Job Description
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker with Level 2 Medication Administration training to join our dedicated care team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred support with daily living
Administer medications safely and accurately in line with Level 2 training and organisational policy
Promote independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of care
Support individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and engage in meaningful activities
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and risk assessments
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for individuals
Manage challenging behaviour with empathy, patience, and appropriate de-escalation techniques
Requirements:
Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010)
Level 2 qualification in Safe Handling and Administration of Medication
Previous experience in a care or support role
A caring, respectful, and proactive attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-insBefore You Apply
