Support Worker (Female*) – Frinton-on-Sea 🌟
Pay: £12.30 – £12.75 per hour
Minerva Recruitment is seeking a Support Worker (Female*) to join one of our clients based in Frinton-on-Sea.
You will be supporting younger adults (18–65) with learning disabilities and physical disabilities in an 11-bed residential service.
Shifts Available:
7:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 9:00pm
7:00am – 9:00pm
Awake Night: 9:00pm – 7:00amA car driver is ideal due to the remote location.
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with eating and drinking
Meal preparation and planning
Personal care
Providing companionship
Encouraging independence and supporting daily routines and activitiesRequirements:
Minimum of 6 months’ professional care experience in the UK
Right to work in the UK (Skilled Worker visa holders welcome)
Aged 18 or over
Compassionate, reliable, and people-focused
Strong communication skillsWhat We Offer:
