Join Our Team as a Female Support Worker
Location:Redhill, Surrey
Salary:£12.60 per hour (£24,570 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours:37.5 hours per week, between 7.30am and 10.30pm, Monday to Sunday, on a shift rota basis, which will include 2 core shifts:
15 hours – 10.30am to 10.30pm, sleep-in and then 7.30am to 11.30am.
12 hours – 8.00am to 9.00pm.Contract:Full-time, permanent.
Driving Requirement:A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
Right to Work:Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas.
Who you will be supporting?

We've got 16 awesome apartments for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and sight loss, and we need amazing people to join our positive, non-judgemental team. You'll be delivering exceptional care in 1:1 and group settings, working independently and as part of a team. Trust me, you'll love it there!
As a support worker, you'll be using your amazing skills to help the people we support, which is fantastic! We're all about those with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn from our training. You'll be providing hands-on support to the people we support and their families, which is absolutely brilliant. Sure, it can be challenging, but that's where your positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance come in – qualities we totally admire!

Empowering Independence: Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
Social Engagement: Supporting activities like holiday’s, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone could enjoy what they love doing.
