Female Support Worker*
Uxbridge, Greater London UB9
Female Support Worker* required to work with young man (22 years old) with diagnosis of cerebral palsy.
To work as part of a team to support client within his own home, manage his daily routine, socialisation and promote his confidence, independence and development.
Essential:
Previous experience of working with young adults with a disability
A full, clean driving licence and able to take client out in client's vehicle.
Full time, part time, evening and weekend hours available
Salary rates: £13.22 - £16.05 per hour
