FF&E Procurement Coordinator
Location: Knightsbridge, London
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 depending on experience

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sharp, detail-obsessed FF&E Procurement Coordinator to join a fast-paced and design-led studio. You’ll work at the heart of the delivery process, partnering with senior designers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that every bespoke piece, finish, and fixture arrives on time, on budget, and beautifully made. This opportunity would suit an FF&E Procurement Coordinator, Procurement Manager, or Studio Coordinator with strong experience in luxury residential interiors, confident using Excel, Adobe InDesign, and procurement tools such as EstiMAC or similar.

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000

Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Duties:
Manage the full FF&E procurement process across multiple high-end residential projects
Issue RFQs, collate supplier quotes, and support designers with value engineering where required
Create and track purchase orders, manage invoices, and monitor delivery schedules
Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and logistics teams to ensure smooth, timely deliveries
Maintain and update detailed procurement trackers, schedules, and budget reports
Support the FF&E design team with sourcing, sample ordering, and supplier follow-ups
Liaise with project managers and site teams to coordinate installations and snagging
Attend internal design reviews and procurement meetings, providing updates and insights
Requirements:
3 + years’ experience in FF&E procurement (ideally in the luxury residential sector)
Strong knowledge of materials, furnishings, finishes, and custom production processes
Highly proficient in Excel and InDesign, with experience using procurement systems (e.g. EstiMAC)
Excellent organisation, accuracy, and time management across multiple project timelines
Confident communicator with a calm, proactive approach to problem-solving
Passionate about luxury interiors and supporting the creative process through precise execution
