Field Based Generator Engineer (Clear Progression into Management)

You can be based in or around the following areas: Manchester, Bolton, Warrington, Wigan, Macclesfield, Stoke-on-Trent, Crewe, Chester

£45,000 - £55,000 + Overtime (1.5x after 5pm, Saturday 1.5x, Sunday 2x) + Progression in to a Team Lead role + 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Company Vehicle Provided + Fuel Card + Pension + Company Phone

Are you an Engineer with experience working on diesel Generators seeking a role offering the unique opportunity to shape and one day lead your own team?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a HV / Independent Connections Provider as it expands its operations into generator servicing and maintenance. As the first key hire on this side of the business, you will have the unique opportunity to shape your team as it grows.

The company have seen continued growth, and with an ambitious 5 year plan in place, they are now looking for a Generator Engineer to shape their growing team, progressing into a Team Lead and eventually a management position overseeing the department.

The Role:

Field Based Engineering Technician responsible for the service and maintenance of diesel generators
Ability to shape the generator side of the business as it grows, serving as the key technical figure
Progression into a Team Lead and eventually management role overseeing the generator department 
40 hour work week, with opportunity to boost earnings through overtime, weekend work and occasional stays away
