Salary: £26,000 per annum

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Worcester. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct supervisory visits to clients' homes to ensure the quality and consistency of care provided
* Provide support and guidance to care staff, ensuring they are delivering care in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Conduct risk assessments and develop care plans for new clients
* Monitor and review care plans on a regular basis to ensure they are meeting the changing needs of clients
* Liaise with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care is being provided
* Ensure all care records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
* Participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the domiciliary care sector
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
