Job Description
Are you an experienced Field Care Supervisor who loves being out in the community, raising care standards, and developing brilliant teams?
Join one of the UK’s leading complex care providers in London on a full-time, permanent basis, earning £33,000–£35,000 DOE. You’ll lead high-quality MH/LD packages across the community, ensuring safe, person-centred support and measurable outcomes for adults and children.
What you’ll do
Oversee and quality-assure MH/LD complex care packages, with spot checks, audits, and competency assessments.
Create, review, and update person-centred care plans and risk assessments; drive CQC compliance.
Coach, mentor, and supervise care staff; support recruitment, induction, and ongoing training.
Build effective relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and MDT partners; act as a reliable point of contact.
Escalate clinical and safeguarding concerns promptly, following company policies.

About you
Proven experience supervising in community complex care, MH, or LD services (ideally as a Field Care Supervisor or senior community care lead).
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable).
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and community practice.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
