Field Compliance Auditor
Location: Hybrid - UK-wide travel required
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + £1,000 annual bonus
About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and confident Field Compliance Auditor to join our Risk & Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in compliance - no previous experience is required as full training and support will be provided.

You'll visit Marketing Companies across the UK, helping ensure they meet internal standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly help protect the business from legal, financial, and reputational risks.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct on-site audits at Marketing Company offices and operational sites across the UK.
Review processes and documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Identify risks and areas for improvement, recommending practical solutions.
Prepare clear and detailed reports for internal stakeholders.
Deliver and support compliance training to external partners and colleagues.
Work closely with the Risk & Compliance team to promote a culture of integrity and accountability.
What We're Looking For
A professional, confident, and proactive attitude.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Attention to detail and a genuine interest in learning.
Self-motivation - able to plan your own work and manage travel schedules.
Flexibility to travel frequently across the UK with overnight stays.
No prior compliance or auditing experience is needed - what matters most is your personality, professionalism, and willingness to learn, however an interest in compliance, auditing and business operations is an advantage.
