Success Recruit is delighted to be partnering with a progressive and innovative construction specialist based in Central Essex. With most projects located across London, the company is currently seeking to expand its Field Service Engineering team by recruiting new team members to support both electrical and mechanical operations.

The ideal candidates will have a technical background in electronics or a related field and may be recent graduates seeking their first industry role as well.
The successful Field Service Engineer will be expected to:
* Have a keen interest to start a career within this field with a relevant degree connection or have started an electrical / mechanical engineering career and wants to progress with relevant experience
* Be confident working at significant heights
* Strong communicator with the ability to build on site relationships with clients

Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to work alongside an experienced team to ensure the safety functions and installations of the client’s equipment are maintained and installed to high standards the company hold.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
* Carrying out routine maintenance of equipment, fault find, repair, installation, test & inspections, commissioning, surveys, and any technical support tasks required
* Install new site equipment, replacing breakdowns
* Develop the performance at nominated projects to exceed performance
* Follow up with all reporting and admin tasks in a timely manner
* Liaising with service managers, project managers and other engineers on workload support
* Complete regular & ongoing training
* Support the development of, and work in accordance with, the company’s Integrated Business Management System, encompassing Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a position that can allow them to support work on some of the most prestige & iconic buildings in London where they can utilise their mechanical and electrical knowledge and continue to learn and develop in the position.
Hours:
Monday to Friday – 8.00am – 6pm
Salary:
Circa £30 - £40k+ dependant on experience plus overtime available and paid travel to sites
