Glasgow & Motherwell region
Basic Salary £18,000
Minimum guaranteed earnings of £26,160 per year
Uncapped Commission + Company Car, Tablet & Mobile Phone
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per weekWe are seeking an enthusiastic Field Sales Consultant to join a growing business in the Glasgow and Motherwell area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working in a fast-paced field-based role.
The Field Sales Consultant Role:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers
Managing your own territory and sales pipeline
Meeting sales targets and identifying opportunities to grow accounts
Representing the business professionally and promoting the full product range
Selling a wide range of wood and related products to businesses such as: Joinery & Carpentry, Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom (KBB), Shopfitting & Exhibition Companies and Builders and ContractorsAbout You:
Previous sales experience, ideally field-based (any sector considered)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in generating new business
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organised and able to manage your own workload effectively
Full UK driving licence requiredWhat’s on Offer:
