SALARY: £28-33,000 + £11-12,000 Commission (uncapped) OTE, £4,800 car allowance or car, pension, mobile, laptop

ROLE: Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the SME manufacturing, retail, and hospitality sectors. This dynamic, field-based role is ideal for a confident and driven individual who excels in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Your key focus will be to proactively source leads through cold calling—both by phone and in person—and convert opportunities into contracted service agreements. You’ll develop strong relationships with regional and local clients, building trust through face-to-face engagement and consultative selling.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Conducting field-based sales visits to generate and follow up leads
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Securing contracted or managed service agreements to meet structured sales targets
EXPERIENCE: Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
You will have experience in sales in any background other than retail or sales where the customer comes to you, and a willingness to cold call for new business
You may have worked in a sales role in FM, Facilities Management, Alarm, Laundry, Fire, Merchant Services, FMCG, Washroom, Clinical/Confidential Waste, Shredding, Courier Services, Waste Management, Recycling, Security, Capital Equipment, Outsourcing, Pest Control, Hygiene Services, Textiles, Workwear, Contract Cleaning, Catering, Maintenance Contracts, or Advertising Services.
A valid UK driving licence is required for this role as you will be covering East London Area.
