We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to represent our prestigious Clarence Court brand – the UK’s most luxurious eggs, loved by chefs, retailers, and foodies alike.
In this field-based role, you'll play a key part in delivering our exceptional products to London’s vibrant food scene. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and growing relationships with high-end hospitality clients, and nurturing existing accounts. Whether you're speaking to chefs, buyers, or senior decision-makers, you’ll be a confident ambassador for the Clarence Court brand – bringing our story to life and ensuring our eggs are proudly served in the capital’s best kitchens.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the premium hospitality sector – including Michelin-starred restaurants, boutique hotels, and luxury caterers.
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner in their supply chain and a passionate advocate for our brand.
* Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring exceptional service, consistent product delivery, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
* Delivering engaging sales presentations, product tastings, and face-to-face meetings that showcase the unique story and quality behind Clarence Court eggs.
* Using Salesforce to manage leads, track your pipeline, and report on sales activity and performance.
* Collaborating with marketing to share insights from the field, contribute to campaign ideas, and support brand visibility.
* Representing Clarence Court at trade shows, culinary events, and industry gatherings, building brand presence and expanding your professional network.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage chefs, buyers, and decision-makers

* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, able to secure and nurture lasting client relationships
* Genuine enthusiasm for food, sustainability, and quality sourcing
* A self-motivated and independent approach to managing your patch, with support from a collaborative wider team
* Willingness to travel regularly across London and surrounding areas, including occasional overnight stays
* A full UK driving licence is essential for this field-based role
Essential Experience & Knowledge
* Demonstrated success in a field-based B2B sales role
* Strong background in account management and business development
* Experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality sectors
* Proficient in managing sales pipelines using CRM systems – ideally Salesforce
Preferred Experience & Knowledge
* An existing network or strong understanding of London’s premium hospitality market
* An interest in or experience with marketing and brand development
Qualifications
* No specific qualifications are required but further education in business, sales, or marketing would be a plus
