Field Sales Executive – Waste Management Sector
📍 Bracknell (or within 1-hour commute)
💷 £37,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance
We’re partnering with a well-established name in the waste industry that’s expanding its sales function. They’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Field Sales Executive to focus 100% on new business — ideal for someone confident in building client relationships from the ground up.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, promoting a wide range of waste management services to clients across the construction and commercial sectors. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role suited to a proactive sales professional who thrives on winning business and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the waste management sector
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
* Represent the business in a consultative, solutions-focused, and professional manner
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in field sales, must be within the waste industry (construction background also considered)
* Strong track record of new business generation
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently
* Full UK driving licence
* Based in or around Bracknell (or within a 1-hour commute)
