Elvet Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Advisors for exciting new opportunities with a leading national housebuilder based in the North East. As a Field Sales Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering monetary and volume targets via negotiation and plot sales.
Main duties will include:
* Lead and motivate the sales team by setting clear goals, conducting regular performance and development reviews, and providing ongoing coaching and training to ensure individuals reach their full potential and deliver against company targets.
* Oversee all communication and administration relating to sales transactions, working closely with Solicitors, Estate Agents and Financial Institutions to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and fully audit-compliant.
* Monitor and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track sales progression and ensure both revenue and volume targets are consistently achieved.
* Support the Sales Director with land valuations by conducting market research and producing insightful sales reports for the land team.
* Manage and resolve customer sales complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate effectively with key departments—including Construction, Commercial and Legal—to support completion targets and maintain accurate, up-to-date information on plot progress.
* Champion the Group Health, Safety and Environment Policy, ensuring full compliance across the team and maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.
Skills and experience:
* Proven experience in new-build home sales, property roles, or estate agency.
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
* Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
* Previous experience managing or leading a sales team.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
