£35,000 – £40,000 Basic Salary
Up to £10,000 Bonus + Car Allowance
The Brand
This is an opportunity to represent two of the most recognisable names in premium stationery. They are investing in the growth of their UK retail presence and is now looking to appoint a Field Sales Manager covering the Midlands and South of England.
Their brands enjoy strong recognition across the retail market, with an established customer base and significant opportunity to expand distribution and in-store presence.
The Role
This is a field-based retail sales role, combining account development with new business activity. You will manage approximately 70 Retail Accounts while also identifying and opening new retail opportunities across your territory.
Your customer base will include:
• Independent bookshops
• Stationery retailers
• Gift shops
• Lifestyle retailers
• Department stores
The role involves spending around three days per week on the road, visiting customers and developing relationships across the territory. You will also have the opportunity to support and grow relationships with larger retail partners and national accounts, including well-known high street retailers.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and grow sales with existing retail accounts
• Secure new listings and open new stockists
• Increase product visibility and facings in-store
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
• Work with buyers to introduce new products and seasonal ranges
• Identify opportunities to grow the brands within new retail channels

The Person
