JOB TITLE: Field Sales Representative

HOURS: Full-time, field-based role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join a dynamic team and play a key role in expanding client’s customer base while delivering outstanding service to new and existing clients.

THE ROLE
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across your designated region
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
* Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations, promoting product range and tailored promotional solutions
* Negotiate pricing and terms to secure new business and close deals
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to clients
* Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates and reports to management
* Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
THE REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar customer-facing role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
* Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident working independently
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your region
* Passionate about delivering exceptional service and achieving targets
