The Role:
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll meet homeowners across Glasgow and Scotland-wide to consult, advise, and sell a range of home improvement solutions. This is a field-based, customer-facing sales role requiring a motivated, professional, and personable individual who can deliver genuine value through expert advice.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Attend pre-qualified appointments (and generate some of your own through proactive efforts)
✅ Conduct thorough consultations with homeowners to understand their needs
✅ Present tailored solutions across our full range: roughcasting, coatings, roofing, driveways, solar, and more
✅ Provide clear, professional quotes and guide customers through their buying decisions
✅ Manage your sales pipeline effectively through to close
✅ Represent Weatherface Ltd with professionalism, integrity, and pride
✅ Be flexible and willing to travel Scotland-wide as required
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven field sales experience (home improvements preferred but not essential)
✔ A confident, trustworthy, people-first communicator
✔ Self-motivated with strong closing skills and resilience
✔ Comfortable working to realistic, achievable targets
✔ Ability to build rapport quickly and genuinely
✔ Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential
✔ Knowledge of Glasgow and Scottish regions advantageous
✔ Willingness to travel across Scotland regularly
