Job Title: Field Service Coffee Engineer
Location: Dublin (Field-Based)
Salary: €36,000 – €41,000 DOE + Company Vehicle
Hours: Monday to Friday, plus 1 weekend in 4 (on-call rota)
About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our dynamic service team in Dublin. You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of coffee machines, including traditional espresso and bean-to-cup systems, across a diverse customer base.
What You’ll Do:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on coffee machines
Install new equipment at client sites
Diagnose and repair faults efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and technical support
Participate in an on-call weekend rota (1 in 4)
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with traditional and bean-to-cup coffee machines
Full driving licence (essential)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive and independent approach to field-based work
