The role of the Field Service Engineer – Domestic Oil and Gas Boilers will involve:
* Carry out repairs, servicing, commissioning, on oil and gas heaters.
* Provide technical support and advice to customers, installers, and engineers.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and quality service.
* Manage your own workload and schedule, providing accurate updates and documentation.
* Follow Health and Safety procedures and maintain correct use of tools and equipment.
* Deliver or assist with training and assessments as required.
* Stay up to date with industry standards, legislation, and new technologies.
* Identify and report technical issues, service trends, or potential sales opportunities to the FSM.
The ideal applicant will be a Field Service Engineer – Domestic Oil and Gas Boilers
with:
* Must have 2+ years’ experience in oil and gas boilers
* Ideally have any of the following; OFTEC certification, F-Gas qualification, Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification, Part P electrical qualification
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A highly motivated individual, who is flexible and has an excellent work ethic
* Must hold full UK driving licence
