A fast-growing start-up is entering an exciting new phase in the energy sector, and we’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to help build, shape, and lead their technical support function from day one. This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to influence how they support customers, design processes, and scale a high-impact service team in the rapidly evolving world of energy storage and electrification. About the Role As a founding member of the technical support team, you’ll play a critical role in developing their customer service capability. You’ll work hands-on with customers while also helping define the systems, processes, and strategy that will support our growth.
