Field Service Engineer - Greater London

The Role
Diagnose and repair faults on commercial laundry, ware-washing, dosing, and catering equipment across client sites in Greater London.
Carry out routine maintenance and respond to emergency service visits efficiently and safely.
Install and commission new equipment and systems to manufacturer standards.
Maintain accurate service reports, manage van stock, and ensure all work is completed to a high professional standard.
Work independently day-to-day, reporting to the Service Manager and supported by a knowledgeable technical team.
We're Looking For
At least 3 years' experience working with commercial laundry or catering equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills with the ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
Excellent customer service approach and clear communication skills.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Relevant engineering qualification or background; Gas Safe certification is an advantage but not essential.
