About the Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of JCB Construction, Agricultural, Industrial, Heavy Line, and Recycling Equipment. Your expertise will ensure our clients receive top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Maintain and service JCB and other equipment to manufacturer specifications.
Document customer operations and feedback to enhance service delivery.
Promote our client's brand and aftermarket products.
utilise your technical skills for diagnostics and repairs to achieve "First Time Fix" results.
Engage in continuous professional development through JCB training courses.
Uphold health and safety policies while representing the company professionally. 

Core Hours:

Full-time position (40 hours/week)
08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break 

What We're Looking For:

Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plant Engineering, Servicing, and Maintenance.
Experience with hydraulic systems, transmissions, and cam-bus electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and team members.
A clean driving licence and proof of the right to work in the UK.
