An exciting opportunity has arisen for a field engineer to work for a leading Cornish business.
The dynamic company have been in operation sine 2012 and are looking for a field service engineer to work on traditional coffee machines, as well as bean to cup machines throughout Devon and Cornwall.
Are you mechanically minded, customer-focused, and passionate about coffee? We are working with a leading Cornish business in their search for a Field Engineer, helping them keep the world caffeinated by installing, servicing, and repairing commercial coffee machines across Cornwall and Devon (both traditional machines, and bean to cup machines)
What You’ll Do
* Install and commission coffee machines and equipment at customer sites
* Diagnose and repair faults quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime
* Perform scheduled maintenance and technical support visits
* Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
* Maintain accurate service reports and inventory logs
* Travel daily to client locations (vehicle provided)
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a technical or engineering field (coffee or catering equipment experience a plus!)
* Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A full UK driving licence (or relevant for your region)
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
